Beautiful grounds and great location near the airport. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the breakfast waitress. The traditional dancing show was enjoyable.
The party music on Christmas Eve was loud and disruptive. Some of the staff came across as grumpy and unfriendly, and we were charged for a lukewarm coffee on our last day.

Located in the countryside, surrounded by nature, this hotel was a perfect escape from the city. the hotel had an attractive playground for the kids, great amenities, and well-maintained museum showcasing local traditions. the restaurant served delicious food, and the live music performances added to the ambiance.
we had to even pay for lukewarm coffee, which was not expected.

The location of the hotel is lovely, with beautiful gardens and cultural features. the grounds are beautifully done, with plenty of things to do for kids, such as a playground and a small museum showcasing the local traditional lifestyle. the restaurant offers tasty food and the rooms are basic but clean.
Some of the staff could be friendlier.

We had a great stay at this hotel. It is perfect for families with children. The hotel offers a quiet and privileged environment surrounded by nature. The amenities for the little ones, such as the swimming pool and excellently maintained mini golf, were a hit with our kids. The restaurant served really good food, with exquisitely prepared traditional Bulgarian dishes. The grilled meats and salads were delicious. We also enjoyed the live music and traditional Bulgarian dance show during dinner on the weekends. The owners deserve congratulations for keeping the facilities and gardens in such excellent condition.
Couldn't find any faults at all.
